Return Policy

At Dianne’s Jewelry, we understand that sometimes a piece of jewelry simply needs to be seen and tried on in person. Because of this, we offer a 3-day unconditional return policy on eligible purchases.

If you wish to make a return, please notify us by email at info@diannesjewelry.com by the day following receipt of your jewelry. Once approved, the item must be shipped back promptly in its unworn condition.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will gladly issue a refund minus shipping charges and a 3% restocking fee.

Please note that custom, personalized, or special-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return.

 

Shipping Policy

 

We ship your order fully insured via UPS or FED EX second-day delivery. The items are 100% covered while in transit. We ship all packages Tuesday-Thursday for second-day delivery. Please note, your package will require an adult signature. Your tracking number will be sent via email.
